Returns & Exchanges.
We want you to be happy with your purchase from LFC Clothing ("LFC "). If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer returns and exchanges within a specific timeframe under the following conditions:
Eligibility
- You can return or exchange full-priced items within 7 days of delivery.
- Shoes and accessories are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Condition of Returned Items
- All returned or exchanged items must be in their original condition, with tags attached and unworn/unwashed.
- Any item with signs of wear, alteration, damage, or removal of tags will not be accepted and may be returned to you.
Return Process
- To initiate a return or exchange, please visit our Returns Center on the LFC Clothing website. You will be able to generate a return label and packing slip.
- Pack the item(s) you are returning securely in the original packaging or a similar secure box.
- Attach the pre-paid return label to the outside of the package.
- Drop off the package at your nearest carrier location (details will be provided during the return initiation process).
- You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed.
Exchanges
- You can exchange an item for a different size, colour, or style (subject to availability).
- If the new item is of a higher value, you will be responsible for paying the difference.
- If the new item is of a lower value, you will receive a store credit for the remaining amount.
Refunds
- Once your return is processed, you will receive a full refund for the returned item(s) to the original payment method within 7 business days.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Store Credit
- Store credit issued for returns or exchanges will be valid for 7 days from the date of issuance.
- Store credit can be used towards future purchases on the LFC Clothing website.
We reserve the right to modify this return and exchange policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on the LFC Clothing website.
